Saturday 24th May

Pm long Hilly z1 run

Tired today. Feeling the effects of yesterday. Goal of the session was 60mins hilly followed by 60mins flatter keeping HR nice and low in z1 (<144bpm) I decided to hit Oxleas wood for the the hilly stuff which felt like I'd gone 4 months back in time with how muddy the trails were- good fun though. The rest of the run was fine other than a few stomach issues due to a TGI Fridays burger and chips for lunch :-) 

A deep tiredness is setting in now though.This last block of training is really startng to toll on me.
